In a distant valley, where time moves a little slower (and sometimes completely forgets to move at all), there is a place you won’t find on ordinary maps. Not because it isn’t there — simply because most maps are not ready for it yet.

This place is called Summer Contrast.

Hidden among forests, open meadows, and the gently winding Rega River, it lies in an area so rich and diverse that even nature itself decided to place it under protection. (And as we all know, that only happens when something is truly worth preserving.)

For most of the year, it remains a peaceful sanctuary. Rogalino — a small village where life follows the rhythm of the seasons, and the most dramatic event of the day might be a change in the direction of the wind.

Until the moment when… something changes.

Once a year, for exactly seven days and seven nights, the valley awakens.

No one knows exactly when it all began. Some say it started 15 years ago — with a single spark.

Others believe it has always existed, simply waiting to be discovered. One thing is certain: there were never any grand announcements or loud declarations. The story of this place spread in an old-fashioned way — through whispers, shared moments, and friends inviting friends.

And so, it grew.

Perhaps even a little too well.

That is why, today, the number of entries must be limited. Not because of exclusivity — but to preserve the balance.

Because Summer Contrast is not a festival you simply attend. It is a world that you help create.

When that moment arrives, something extraordinary happens.

The morning mist rises above the ancient glacial valley, and from within it emerges a fleeting village — filled with light, sound, and people who seem to belong to different worlds, timelines, or perhaps even entirely different realms of imagination.

Some say that this transformation is powered by five distinct sources of energy.

The first, OAK, pulses with something raw and hypnotic — its rhythms seem to travel through the roots of the trees, resonating with something ancient within you.

Paradiso draws those who seek warmth and melody — sounds that float like golden air at sunset, gentle yet deeply moving.

Tribes gathers those who understand the language of depth — where dance becomes a conversation, and conversation… often becomes a dance.

Triangle is intensity — precise, mechanical, relentless. Some claim that time behaves strangely there, bending just enough to make you question its very nature.

And somewhere between it all lies the Chillout Garden — a place that seems to have quietly abandoned the very concept of hurry. You can rest there… or drift so far into your thoughts that it takes a moment to find your way back.

Between these spaces stretches the living fabric of the festival — fields, hidden paths, riverside corners, and gathering places where people create, move, learn, and simply exist. There are workshops — from physical practices to artistic experiences, spaces for reflection, riverside saunas, shared meals from around the world, and conversations that somehow feel more genuine than usual.

But it is not the places that create Summer Contrast.

It is the people.

Over the years, this community has transformed into something resembling a subtle subculture — united by a shared love of music, art, nature, and a certain sensitivity to experiences that are difficult to put into words.

Here, no one asks who you are outside this place. What matters is who you choose to be within it.

Some people put their phones away. Others leave behind their roles, expectations, or the weight of everyday life.

And then something changes.

Because Summer Contrast is not only about musical contrasts — from intense nighttime techno to the quiet morning silence of a mist-covered meadow. It is an inner contrast. A space where you can discover a version of yourself you never knew existed.

Or remember the one you had long forgotten.

Whether you are drawn by the music, the people, nature — or something you cannot yet name — one thing is certain:

If you find your way to this valley, it will not be by accident.

What happens next…

will be something you have to experience for yourself.
