Wydaliśmy ten regulamin, [dalej: Regulamin], aby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo
uczestników Summer Contrast Camp 2025 [dalej: Summer Contrast Camp]
Zapoznaj się z jego
treścią i stosuj się do jego postanowień oraz pomóż nam sprawić, aby Summer
Contrast Camp był dla Ciebie niezapomnianym przeżyciem!
W ramach Summer Contrast Camp udostępnimy Wam pole campingowe wyposażone w sanitariaty oraz dozór ochrony.
Organizatorem Summer Contrast Camp jest Stowarzyszenie Summer Contrast,, z siedzibą
w Niemierzynie 7, 78-300 Świdwin, wpisane do rejestru przedsiębiorców oraz
rejestru stowarzyszeń, innych organizacji społecznych i zawodowych, fundacji oraz
samodzielnych publicznych zakładów opieki zdrowotnej Krajowego Rejestru
Sądowego, pod numerem 0000561758 [dalej: Organizator]. Jako Organizator
wydajemy ten Regulamin, w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa i najlepszej
organizacji Summer Contrast Camp. Pamiętaj, że podczas Summer Contrast Camp, oprócz
Regulaminu, obowiązują przepisy polskiego prawa.
Summer Contrast Camp będzie dostępny w dniach 05-12.08.2024 r. na terenie pola
namiotowego w miejscowości Rogalinko, które jest wygrodzone [dalej: Teren]. Teren
zostanie podzielony na sektory [dalej: Sektory], których przeznaczenie oraz dostęp
określony jest w Regulaminie. Summer Contrast Camp może być z ważnych powodów
przeniesiony na inny teren, przy czym o takim ewentualnym przeniesieniu postaramy
się poinformować Cię możliwie jak najszybciej.
I. ZASADY OGÓLNE
1. 2. Każda osoba przebywająca na Terenie musi stosować się do postanowień
Regulaminu.
W Regulaminie używamy różnych określeń. Ilekroć wspominamy o:
Bilecie – rozumiemy przez to indywidualną zgodę wejścia na Teren pola kempingowego.
Bilet przy pierwszym wejściu na Teren, po okazaniu dowodu tożsamości, zostaje wymieniony
na opaskę umieszczoną na nadgarstku [dalej: Identyfikator], która uprawnia do
wchodzenia i wychodzenia na Teren dowolną liczbę razy,
Sektory – rozumiemy przez to poszczególne strefy na Terenie, do których dostęp
uzależniony jest od nabycia odpowiedniego rodzaju Biletu. Przewidujemy
następujące strefy:
● Pole namiotowe,
● Strefa gastronomiczno-sprzedażowa,
● Parking
Służby Porządkowe i Informacyjne – rozumiemy przez to powołane
przez Organizatora osoby, m.in. pracowników agencji ochrony osób lub mienia
powołanych przez Organizatora do dbania o bezpieczeństwo osób znajdujących się
na Terenie, w tym do kontroli Twoich uprawnień do wstępu na Teren. Członkowie
Służb Porządkowych i Informacyjnych ubrani są w kamizelki z napisem SECURITY,
a więc łatwo możesz ich zauważyć i zweryfikować.
Ty lub Wy– rozumiemy przez to uczestnika Summer Contrast Camp na podstawie ważnego
Biletu lub innego dokumentu wydanego przez Organizatora, takiego jak zaproszenie
lub identyfikator. Uczestnikiem może być osoba pełnoletnia lub osoba poniżej 18
roku życia, będąca pod stałą opieką osoby dorosłej.
II. SPRZEDAŻ BILETÓW
1. Bilety sprzedawane są wyłącznie w autoryzowanych punktach sprzedaży,
których lista znajduje się na stronie internetowej Organizatora, więc nie kupuj
ich z niezaufanego źródła.
2. Do ceny nadrukowanej na Bilecie może być doliczana opłata serwisowa. Ta
opłata może być różna, zależnie od opłat obowiązujących w danym
autoryzowanym punkcie sprzedaży. W celu poznania jej wysokości – sprawdź
regulacje obowiązujące w danym punkcie.
3. W cenie Biletu jest dostęp do wszystkich Strefy Summer Contrast camp, pola
namiotowego oraz Strefy gastronomiczno-sprzedażowej.
4. W cenie Biletu nie ma miejsca parkingowego. Jeżeli chcesz wjechać
samochodem na pole namiotowe, musisz wykupić Camper Pass.
5. Organizator w uzasadnionych przypadkach, w szczególności z przyczyn
technicznych, jest uprawniony do zwrotu Biletu lub zmiany pierwotnie
zamówionych miejsc na inne zarówno przed, jak i w trakcie Summer Contrast Camp.
6. Zakazana jest odsprzedaż Biletów na aukcjach, licytacjach lub prowadzona w
jakikolwiek inny sposób wskazujący na zarobkowy charakter takiej
odsprzedaży. Zakazane jest wszelkie publiczne oferowanie przeniesienia
własności Biletów, w tym także w charakterze nagród w konkursach, loteriach,
w sprzedaży premiowej lub jakichkolwiek innych promocjach, choćby było ono
nieodpłatne. Pamiętaj, że kupienie Biletu w celu jego dalszej odsprzedaży
stanowi wykroczenie.
7. Bilet upoważniający do wejścia na Teren musi być oryginalny i nabyty zgodnie
z postanowieniami Regulaminu. Bilet nabyty z naruszeniem postanowień
Regulaminu może być unieważniony, co w konsekwencji spowoduje odmowę
wymiany Biletu na Identyfikator oraz brak możliwości uczestniczenia w
Summer Contrast Camp.
8. Każdy Bilet posiada unikalny kod kreskowy. Bilet upoważnia do jednorazowej
wymiany go na Identyfikator. Każde wejście na Teren przysługuje tylko
Uczestnikowi z nieuszkodzonym Identyfikatorem umocowanym trwale na
ręku. W przypadku uszkodzonego Identyfikatora lub braku jego trwałego
umocowania na ręku, nie zostaniesz wpuszczony na Teren, więc dbaj o jego
stan.
9. Chcemy spędzić czas na Summer Contrast Camp wspólnie z Tobą, więc pamiętaj, że
gdy udostępnisz Bilet lub unikalny kod kresowy (w jakiejkolwiek formie)
osobie trzeciej, może być on wykorzystany przez tę osobę, co w konsekwencji
spowoduje, że spotkasz się z odmową wstępu na Teren.
10.W przypadku nabycia Biletów dla kilku osób, osoba, której dane nie są
przypisane
do Biletu w sposób umożliwiający ich weryfikację, jest uprawniona do wejścia
na Teren wyłącznie w tym samym czasie co posiadacz Biletu, którego dane
są przypisane do Biletu. W przypadku, o którym mowa powyżej posiadacz
Biletu, którego dane są przypisane do Biletu jest również zobowiązany do
wejścia na Teren wraz z pozostałymi osobami, które okazały/zeskanowały
Bilety w jego obecności.
11. Istnieje możliwość zmiany danych właściciela Biletu imiennego, jednak
wyłącznie przed rozpoczęciem dnia, który jest pierwszym dniem, podczas
którego nabywca jest uprawniony do wstępu na Teren. W takim przypadku
pobierana jest dodatkowa opłata w wysokości 10% ceny Biletu tej samej
kategorii. Zmiana danych może być dokonana przed wejściem na Teren, w
miejscu oznaczonym jako punkt akredytacji.
12.Jeżeli jesteś osobą poniżej 18 roku życia to możesz bawić się na Summer
Contrast, pod warunkiem, że przebywasz pod opieką osoby pełnoletniej –
Twojego opiekuna prawnego lub osoby upoważnionej na piśmie przez
opiekuna prawnego, która przy pierwszym wejściu na Summer Contrast Camp w
punkcie informacyjnym przekazuje deklarację o odpowiedzialności za osobę
małoletnią wg wzoru opracowanego przez Organizatora. Osoba pełnoletnia
może być opiekunem maksymalnie pięciu małoletnich osób uczestniczących
w Summer Contrast Camp.
13.Z posiadania Biletu zwolnione są osoby poniżej 16 roku życia, tj. urodzone
najpóźniej w dniu 05.08.2008 r. Zwolnienie z konieczności zakupu biletu należy
udokumentować dowolnym dokumentem potwierdzającym wiek dziecka. Taki
małoletni, ma obowiązek posiadać ochraniacze słuchu.
14. W przypadku, gdy jesteś osobą z niepełnosprawnością i chcesz uczestniczyć w
Summer Contrast Camp z opiekunem – każdy z Was musi zakupić odrębny Bilet. Jeżeli
jesteś osobą z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności w stopniu znacznym – Twój
opiekun może otrzymać darmowy Bilet na Summer Contrast, przy czym musi okazać
to orzeczenie podczas zakupu Biletów.
III. ZWROT LUB ZAMIANA BILETÓW
1. Zgodnie z przepisem art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 12 ustawy z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o
prawach konsumenta (tj. Dz. U. 2023 poz. 2759), nie możesz zwrócić Biletu,
za wyjątkiem przypadków opisanych poniżej.
2. Zwrot lub zamiana Biletów możliwe są wyłącznie w przypadku odwołania
Summer Contrast, przeniesienia do innej miejscowości lub zmiany jego
terminu. W takim przypadku Organizator ogłosi na swojej stronie internetowej
informację o możliwości zwrotu biletów.
3. Zwrot Biletów w przypadku przeniesienia Summer Contrast Camp do innej
miejscowości lub zmiany terminu możliwy jest jedynie do momentu nadejścia
terminu faktycznego rozpoczęcia Summer Contrast. Po tym terminie możliwe
jest jedynie zainicjowanie procedury reklamacyjnej, niezależnie od tego, czy
bilet wstępu został wykorzystany. Wnioski o zwrot biletu złożone po upływie
terminu faktycznego rozpoczęcia Summer Contrast nie będą uwzględniane.
4. Zwrot Biletów możliwy jest jedynie w miejscu ich zakupu lub, w przypadku
Biletów nabytych w sieci, za pośrednictwem usługodawcy, za pośrednictwem
którego zostały one nabyte.
5. Bilety niewykorzystane nie podlegają możliwości zwrotu.
6. Bilet uprawnia do uczestnictwa w wielu punktach programu Summer Contrast,
w
tym między innymi sześciu różnych imprezach artystycznych – w związku z
tym, jakiekolwiek zmiany w programie Summer Contrast, nie uprawniają Cię
do zwrotu lub zamiany Biletu.
IV. WSTĘP NA TEREN
1. Wstęp na Teren przysługuje osobom posiadającym ważne i niewykorzystane
Bilety, które pierwszego dnia uczestnictwa w Summer Contrast Camp musisz
wymienić na Identyfikator.
2. Identyfikator musisz nosić na ręku przez cały czas trwania Summer Contrast Camp i
pokazywać go przy każdym wejściu na Teren. Jeżeli zgubisz Identyfikator (lub
zostanie Ci ukradziony) lub będzie on rozerwany, zerwany lub w inny sposób
uszkodzony – nie zostaniesz wpuszczony na Teren.
3. Z jednego Identyfikatora może korzystać tylko jedna osoba.
4. Bez względu na spełnienie powyższych przesłanek, na Teren nie mogą wejść
lub
zostaną z Terenu usunięte osoby:
● które odmówiły poddania się czynnościom, o których mowa w pkt. VI
ust.5 lit. a-c,
● znajdujące się pod widocznym wpływem alkoholu, środków
odurzających, psychotropowych lub innych podobnie działających substancji
● zachowujące się agresywnie, prowokacyjnie, niekulturalnie lub w inny
sposób stwarzający zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa czy porządku

● posiadające broń lub inne niebezpieczne przedmioty, materiały
wybuchowe, wyroby pirotechniczne, materiały pożarowo
niebezpieczne, napoje alkoholowe, środki odurzające lub substancje
psychotropowe. Ocena przedmiotów jako niebezpiecznych należy do
Służb Porządkowych i Informacyjnych. Można przebywać na Terenie,
posiadając napoje alkoholowe zakupione na Terenie
poniżej 18 roku życia, bez asysty opiekuna,
odmawiające przestrzegania prawa oraz Regulaminu.
5. Na Teren mogą nie zostać wpuszczone lub mogą zostać usunięte z Terenu
osoby:
● które noszą buty o metalowych zakończeniach,
których wygląd zewnętrzny uniemożliwia ich identyfikację.
6. Możesz wnosić plastikowe, szklane lub metalowe pojemniki wyłącznie na
Sektor – pole namiotowe. Zakazane jest wnoszenie takich pojemników (z
wyłączeniem pustych plastikowych oraz metalowych bidonów na wodę) na
wszystkie
pozostałe Sektory.
V. RUCH SAMOCHODOWY
1. Będziesz mógł zaparkować samochód na terenie Strefy – pole namiotowe, pod
warunkiem, że wykupisz Camper Pass. Jeżeli nie wykupisz Camper Passa, będziesz
musiał swój samochód zaparkować poza Terenem.
2. Nie możesz poruszać się samochodem po jakiejkolwiek części Terenu w czasie
trwania Summer Contrast Camp. W trakcie trwania wydarzeń w ramach Summer Contrast Camp,
poruszanie się samochodem po Terenie jest możliwe wyłącznie przez osoby do tego
uprawnione, które posiadają odpowiednią przepustkę (przykładowo: Służby
Porządkowe, i Informacyjne) oraz pojazdy uprzywilejowane (przykładowo: karetka
pogotowia ratunkowego).
VI. ZASADY ORGANIZACYJNE I PORZĄDKOWE OBOWIĄZUJĄCE NA TERENIE
Organizator wyznaczy na Terenie strefy, do których dostęp będzie
ograniczony bądź możliwy tylko dla służb Organizatora. Nie wolno Ci wchodzić do takich stref.
2. Na Terenie będą rozmieszczone punkty gastronomiczne w wydzielonych
strefach gastronomicznych.
3. Organizator zapewnia bezpieczeństwo osobom obecnym na Terenie,
poprzez:
1) wyznaczenie Służby Porządkowej i Informacyjnej, wyróżniającej się
na tle pozostałych osób ubiorem;
2) powołanie kierownika do spraw bezpieczeństwa, kierującego
Służbami Porządkowymi i Informacyjnymi;
3) zapewnienie punktów pomocy medycznej oraz zaplecza
higieniczno-sanitarnego;
4) zmianę miejsca lub daty lub godziny trwania Summer Contrast lub
jego odwołanie, w przypadku wystąpienia takiej potrzeby.
4. Wszystkie osoby, które znajdują się na Terenie zobowiązane są stosować się
do poleceń Służb Porządkowych i Informacyjnych. Odmowa zastosowania się do
takich poleceń może nastąpić wyłącznie w przypadku, gdy polecenia są
niezgodne z prawem powszechnie obowiązującym. W pozostałych
przypadkach – odmowa zastosowania się do takich poleceń może wiązać się
z usunięciem z Terenu lub odmowie wstępu na Teren.
5. Służby Porządkowe i Informacyjne, są uprawnione do:
a) sprawdzania i stwierdzania uprawnień osób do uczestnictwa w
Summer Contrast Camp, a w przypadku stwierdzenia braku takich uprawnień
– wezwania ich do opuszczenia Terenu,
b) legitymowania osób w celu ustalenia ich tożsamości,
c) przeglądania zawartości bagaży i odzieży osób, w przypadku
podejrzenia, że
osoby te wnoszą lub posiadają przedmioty, o których mowa w pkt. IV
ust. 4 lit.d
d) wydawania poleceń porządkowych osobom zakłócającym porządek
publiczny
lub zachowującym się niezgodnie z Regulaminem, a w przypadku
niewykonania tych poleceń – wezwania ich do opuszczenia Terenu,
e) ujęcia, w celu niezwłocznego przekazania Policji, osób
stwarzających bezpośrednie zagrożenie dla dóbr powierzonych
ochronie oraz osób
dopuszczających się czynów zabronionych.
6. Wszystkie osoby, które znajdują się na Terenie zobowiązane są zachowywać
się w sposób niezagrażający bezpieczeństwu innych osób obecnych na
Terenie, a w szczególności przestrzegać postanowień Regulaminu. Zakazane
jest:
a) niszczenie zieleni,
b) zaśmiecanie Terenu,
c) niszczenie oznaczeń i tablic informacyjnych, nośników reklamowych,
urządzeń i sprzętu znajdującego się na Terenie,
d) korzystanie z pomieszczeń sanitarnych w sposób do tego
nieprzeznaczony,
e) wywieszanie nieuzgodnionych z Organizatorem transparentów oraz innych
podobnych materiałów,
f) wprowadzanie na Teren zwierząt innych niż psy lub koty. Psy lub koty
wprowadzone na Teren muszą cały czas znajdować się na smyczy, posiadać
adresatkę z numerem telefonu właściciela oraz jego adresem oraz przebywać
pod stałą pod opieką właściciela. Jeżeli Twoje zwierzę będzie stwarzało
zagrożenie, możesz zostać poproszony o usunięcie zwierzęcia z Terenu.
Wprowadzając swojego pupila na Teren ponosisz pełną odpowiedzialność za
wszelkie szkody, które Twoje zwierzę wyrządzi lub które mogą
być wyrządzone jemu.
g) wnoszenie, posiadanie oraz używanie na Terenie bezzałogowych statków
powietrznych, a także profesjonalnego sprzętu audio-wideo,
h) rozpalania ognia,
blokowania wyjść oraz dróg ewakuacyjnych,
j) wnoszenie, posiadanie oraz używanie deskorolek, longboardów,
jakichkolwiek pojazdów jednośladowych oraz innych sprzętów o podobnym
charakterze,
k) wnoszenie lub posiadanie plecaków, walizek oraz toreb o pojemności
ponad
30 litrów (z wyłączeniem Strefy – pole namiotowe),
l) wnoszenie napojów oraz jedzenia na Teren (z wyłączeniem Strefy – pole
namiotowe).
7. Wszystkie osoby znajdujące się na Terenie zobowiązane są do posiadania
Identyfikatora.
8. Służby Porządkowe i Informacyjne są zobowiązane usunąć z Terenu osoby,
które swoim zachowaniem zakłócają porządek publiczny lub zachowują się
niezgodnie z Regulaminem.
9. Członkowie Służb Porządkowych i Informacyjnych, w zależności od
potencjalnego ryzyka i potrzeb, mogą być wyposażeni m.in. w: ręczne
wykrywacze metalu, środki przymusu bezpośredniego, wzory Biletów i
Identyfikatorów oraz przepustek, inne niezbędne i prawnie dozwolone środki
ochrony osobistej.
10.W przypadku stwierdzenia w zawartości przeglądanych bagaży lub odzieży
przedmiotów, których wnoszenie i posiadanie jest zabronione, członek Służb
Porządkowych i Informacyjnych odmawia wpuszczenia na Teren osoby, u której
stwierdzono posiadanie tych przedmiotów lub usuwa ją z Terenu.
11. W przypadku stwierdzenia w zawartości przeglądanych bagaży lub odzieży broni
lub innych niebezpiecznych przedmiotów, materiałów wybuchowych,
pirotechnicznych, członek Służb Porządkowych i Informacyjnych dokonuje ujęcia
osoby, u której w przeglądanych bagażach lub odzieży stwierdzono te przedmioty i
po ich odebraniu sporządza protokół z tej czynności, a następnie uprasza o
opuszczenie Terenu, bądź przekazuje tę osobę Policji wraz z odebranymi
przedmiotami.
12. Osobom, którym – zgodnie z Regulaminem– odmówiono wstępu na Teren lub
usunięto z Terenu nie przysługuje prawo zwrotu należności za Bilet, ani inne
roszczenia.
13. Organizator nie prowadzi punktu depozytowego.
VII. UTRWALANIE PRZEBIEGU SUMMER CONTRAST CAMP
1. Organizator kempingu może utrwalać przebieg
Summer Contrast, a w szczególności zachowania osób, za pomocą urządzeń
rejestrujących obraz i dźwięk.. Organizator może wykorzystać wskazane
powyżej materiały w celach reklamowych. Uczestnicząc w Summer Contrast
wyrażasz zgodę na wykorzystanie, w tym rozpowszechnianie przez
Organizatora Twojego wizerunku, utrwalonego w trakcie Summer Contrast Camp.
2. W przypadku, o którym mowa w ust. 1 powyżej, administratorem danych
osobowych jest Stowarzyszenie Summer Contrast z siedzibą w Niemierzynie
7, 78-300 Świdwin, wpisane do rejestru przedsiębiorców oraz rejestru
stowarzyszeń, innych organizacji społecznych i zawodowych, fundacji oraz
samodzielnych publicznych zakładów opieki zdrowotnej Krajowego Rejestru
Sądowego, pod numerem 0000561758.
3. Dane osobowe przetwarzane są na podstawie przepisu art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a, e
oraz f RODO, tj. na podstawie Twojej dobrowolnej zgody oraz w celu
zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa Summer Contrast. . Danymi osobowymi
podlegającymi przetwarzaniu jest wizerunek uczestnika imprezy artystycznej.
Organizator może przetwarzać dane osobowe tak długo, jak jest to konieczne
do realizacji celów, dla których dane te zostały zebrane, o ile nie istnieje
techniczna, prawna lub inna ważna przyczyna uzasadniająca usunięcie,
zniszczenie lub anonimizację tych danych.
4. Osobie, której dane dotyczą przysługuje prawo do żądania od administratora
dostępu do jej danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub
ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec
przetwarzania oraz prawo przenoszenia danych, a także prawo do wniesienia
skargi do organu nadzorczego, którym jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych
Osobowych.
5. W tym samym okresie 5-12.08.2025 Będzie się odbywała impreza urodzinowa na przylegającym terenie. Osoby zakupujące bilety na pole kempingowe nie będą wnosić skarg spowodowanych głośną muzyką podczas Summer Contrast Camp
VIII. PRAWA I OBOWIĄZKI UCZESTNIKÓW SUMMER CONTRAST CAMP
1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo ustalenia zmian w przebiegu Summer
Contrast Camp z uzasadnionych powodów, a ponadto prawo do zmiany programu
bez uprzedniego poinformowania i jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty.
2. Każda osoba przebywająca na Terenie może być narażona na ciągłe
przebywanie w strefie głośnych dźwięków, mogących spowodować
uszkodzenie słuchu. Na szczególne niebezpieczeństwo narażone są kobiety
w ciąży. Uczestniczysz w Summer Contrast na własne ryzyko.
3. Podczas wydarzenia mogą być używane efekty stroboskopowe oraz materiały
pirotechniczne.
4. Organizator utrwala także przebieg Summer Contrast dla celów dokumentacji
i promocji/reklamy oraz innych przedsięwzięć Organizatora, a także
sponsorów Summer Contrast. Wizerunek osób przebywających na Terenie
może zostać utrwalony, a następnie rozpowszechniany dla celów
dokumentacyjnych,
sprawozdawczych, reklamowych oraz promocyjnych. Wchodząc na Teren wyrażasz
zgodę na utrwalanie i rozpowszechnianie Twojego wizerunku.
IX. REKLAMACJE
1. Wszelkie reklamacje można składać w formie pisemnej najpóźniej w terminie 14
dni od dnia zakończenia Summer Contrast na następujący adres korespondencyjny
Organizatora: Niemierzyno 7, 78-300 Niemierzyno.
2. Reklamacja powinna zawierać Twoje dane, takie jak imię, nazwisko oraz
adres korespondencyjny, abyśmy mogli przesłać Ci nasze stanowisko dot.
reklamacji.
3. Mamy 14 dni od daty doręczenia nam reklamacji na jej rozpatrzenie.
4. Składając reklamację wyrażasz zgodę na przetwarzanie podanych przez
Ciebie danych osobowych, w celu rozpatrzenia reklamacji. Administratorem
Twoich danych osobowych jest Stowarzyszenie Summer Contrast z siedzibą
w Niemierzynie 7, 78-300 Świdwin, wpisane do rejestru przedsiębiorców oraz
rejestru stowarzyszeń, innych organizacji społecznych i zawodowych, fundacji
oraz samodzielnych publicznych zakładów opieki zdrowotnej Krajowego
Rejestru
Sądowego, pod numerem 0000561758.
5. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do otrzymania
odpowiedzi na reklamację. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych

kupić wyłącznie na Terenie lub w autoryzowanych przez Organizatora
punktach sprzedaży.
2. Status sponsora przyznaje wyłącznie Organizator.
3. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za skutki działania Siły Wyższej. Za
Siłę
Wyższą uznaje się wszelkie zdarzenia będące poza kontrolą Organizatora,
które powodują, że wykonanie zobowiązań jest niemożliwe lub że może być
uznane za niemożliwe lub niecelowe ze względu na występujące okoliczności.
Siłę Wyższą stanowią w szczególności: warunki atmosferyczne, awarie lub
zakłócenia pracy urządzeń dostarczających energię elektryczną, ciepło,
światło, działania wojenne lub działania władz państwowych lub
samorządowych w zakresie formułowania polityki, praw i przepisów mających
wpływ na wykonanie zobowiązań.
4. Niniejszy Regulamin jest dostępny: na stronie internetowej przy wejściu na
Teren.
5. Służby Porządkowe i Informacyjne mogą wydawać własne instrukcje
bezpieczeństwa oraz ochrony przeciwpożarowej zgodnie z obowiązującymi
przepisami prawa.
6. W sprawach nieuregulowanych w Regulaminie stosuje się przepisy prawa
powszechnie obowiązującego.
7. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 01.05.2024 r.
8. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu w każdym czasie,

**SUMMER CONTRAST REGULATIONS – 05-11.08.2025**
We have issued these regulations [hereinafter: Regulations] to ensure the safety of
participants of Summer Contrast 2024 [hereinafter: Summer Contrast]. Please read
its content, adhere to its provisions, and help us make Summer Contrast an
unforgettable experience for you!
There will be six artistic events as part of Summer Contrast, under the following
names:
– Chillout
– Paradiso
– Tribe
– Oak
– Triangle – Elysium
The organizer of Summer Contrast is the Summer Contrast Association, based in
Niemierzyn 7, 78-300 Świdwin, registered in the register of entrepreneurs and the
register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations,
and independent public health care institutions of the National Court Register under
the number 0000561758 [hereinafter: Organizer]. As the Organizer, we issue these
Regulations to ensure safety and the best organization of Summer Contrast.
Remember that during Summer Contrast, besides the Regulations, the laws of
Poland also apply.
Summer Contrast takes place from 05-11.08.2025 on the campsite in Rogalinko,
which is fenced off [hereinafter: Area]. The Area will be divided into sectors
[hereinafter: Sectors], whose purpose and access are defined in the Regulations.
Summer Contrast
may be moved to another location for important reasons, and we will try to inform
you of such a move as soon as possible.
### I. GENERAL RULES
1. Every person on the Area must comply with the Regulations.
2. In the Regulations, we use various terms. Whenever we mention:
a. Ticket – we mean an individual consent to enter the Area. The Ticket is
exchanged for a wristband [hereinafter: Identifier] at the first entry to the Area upon
presenting an ID, which allows multiple entries and exits.
b. Sectors – we mean different zones within the Area, access to which depends on
purchasing the appropriate type of Ticket. The following zones are anticipated:
– Summer Contrast Zone – the zone of six artistic events – Campsite
– Food and sales zone
– Parking
c. Security and Information Services – we mean persons appointed by the Organizer,
including security agency employees appointed by the Organizer to ensure the
safety of persons on the Area, including checking your rights to enter the Area.
Members of the Security and Information Services wear vests with the inscription
SECURITY, making them easy to spot and verify.
d. You or You all – we mean a participant of Summer Contrast with a valid Ticket or
another document issued by the Organizer, such as an invitation or identifier. A
participant can be an adult or a minor under the constant care of an adult.
### II. TICKET SALES
1. Tickets are sold only at authorized points of sale listed on the Organizer’s website,
so do not buy them from an untrusted source.
2. A service fee may be added to the Ticket price. This fee may vary depending on
the fees applicable at a given authorized point of sale. Check the regulations at a
given point for the fee amount.
3. The Ticket price includes access to all Summer Contrast Zones, the campsite, and
the food and sales zone.
4. The Ticket price does not include a parking space. If you want to drive a car to the
campsite, you must purchase a Camper Pass.
5. The Organizer is entitled to refund the Ticket or change the originally ordered
seats to others both before and during Summer Contrast for justified reasons,
especially technical ones.
6. Reselling Tickets at auctions, bids, or in any way indicating a commercial nature of
such resale is prohibited. Any public offering of transferring Ticket ownership,
including as prizes in contests, lotteries, in premium sales, or any other promotions,
is prohibited, even if free of charge. Remember, buying a Ticket for resale purposes
is an offense.
7. A Ticket authorizing entry to the Area must be original and purchased in
accordance with the Regulations. A Ticket purchased in violation of the Regulations
may be invalidated, resulting in a refusal to exchange the Ticket for an Identifier and
a lack of possibility to participate in Summer Contrast.
8. Each Ticket has a unique barcode. The Ticket authorizes a one-time exchange for
an Identifier. Each entry to the Area is allowed only to the Participant with an
undamaged Identifier permanently affixed to the wrist. If the Identifier is damaged or
not permanently affixed to the wrist, you will not be allowed to enter the Area, so take
care of its condition.
9. We want to have fun with you at Summer Contrast, so remember that if you share
the Ticket or unique barcode (in any form) with a third party, it may be used by that
person, resulting in you being denied entry to the Area.
10. If you purchase Tickets for multiple people, a person whose data is not assigned
to the Ticket in a verifiable way can enter the Area only at the same time as the
Ticket holder whose data is assigned to the Ticket. In such a case, the Ticket holder
whose data is assigned to the Ticket is also required to enter the Area along with the
other people who presented/scanned the Tickets in their presence.
11. Changing the data of a personalized Ticket owner is possible only before the
start of the first day of entry. An additional fee of 50% of the Ticket price of the same
category is charged for such a change. The data change can be made before
entering the Area at the accreditation point.
12. If you are under 18 years old, you can attend Summer Contrast only if you are
under the supervision of an adult – your legal guardian or a person authorized in
writing by the legal guardian, who, at the first entry to Summer Contrast at the
information point, submits a declaration of responsibility for the minor according to
the template prepared by the Organizer. An adult can supervise a maximum of five
minors attending Summer Contrast.
13. Persons under 16 years old, i.e., born no later than 05.08.2008, are exempt from
having a Ticket. The exemption from purchasing a Ticket must be documented with
any document confirming the child’s age. Such a minor must have ear protection.
14. If you are a person with a disability and want to attend Summer Contrast with a
caregiver – both of you must purchase separate Tickets. If you are a person with a
certificate of severe disability – your caregiver may receive a free Ticket for Summer
Contrast, provided that the certificate is shown at the time of Ticket purchase.
### III. TICKET RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. According to Article 38(1)(12) of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (i.e.,
Journal of Laws 2023, item 2759), you cannot return the Ticket, except for the cases
described below.
2. Ticket return or exchange is possible only in case of cancellation of Summer
Contrast, relocation to another town, or change of its date. In such cases, the
Organizer will announce the possibility of ticket returns on its website.
3. Ticket returns due to relocation or date change of Summer Contrast are possible
only until the actual start date of Summer Contrast. After this date, it is only possible
to initiate a complaint procedure, regardless of whether the entry ticket has been
used. Ticket return requests submitted after the actual start date of Summer Contrast
will not be considered.
4. Tickets can be returned only at the place of purchase or, in the case of tickets
purchased online, through the service provider through whom they were purchased.
5. Unused tickets are non-refundable.
6. The Ticket allows participation in many points of the Summer Contrast program,
including six different artistic events – therefore, any changes to the Summer
Contrast program do not entitle you to return or exchange the Ticket.
### IV. ENTRY TO THE AREA
1. Entry to the Area is granted to persons with valid and unused Tickets, which you
must exchange for an Identifier on the first day of attendance.
2. You must wear the Identifier on your wrist at all times during Summer Contrast and
show it at every entry to the Area. If you lose the Identifier (or it is stolen) or it is torn,
ripped, or otherwise damaged, you will not be allowed to enter the Area.
3. Only one person can use one Identifier.
4. Regardless of meeting the above conditions, persons who:
a. refuse to undergo activities mentioned in point VI.5.a-c,
b. are visibly under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychotropic substances, or other
similarly acting substances,
c. behave aggressively, provocatively, indecently, or in any other way that poses a
threat to the safety or order of Summer Contrast,
d. possess weapons or other dangerous items, explosive materials, pyrotechnic
products, flammable materials, alcoholic beverages, drugs, or psychotropic
substances. The assessment of items as dangerous is up to the Security and
Information Services. You can be on the Area with alcoholic beverages purchased on
the Area,
e. are under 18 years old without the supervision of a guardian,
f. refuse to comply with the law and the Regulations.
5. Persons wearing shoes with metal tips or whose external appearance prevents
identification may not be allowed on the Area or may be removed from the Area.
6. You can bring plastic, glass, or metal containers only to the Sector – campsite.
Bringing such containers (except for empty plastic and metal water bottles) to all
other Sectors is prohibited.
### V. VEHICLE TRAFFIC
1. You can park your car in the campsite area provided you purchase a Camper
Pass. If you do not purchase a Camper Pass, you will need to park your car outside
the Area.
2. You cannot drive a car on any part of the Area during Summer Contrast. Driving
within the Area during events is allowed only by authorized persons with the
appropriate pass (e.g., Security and Information Services) and emergency vehicles
(e.g., ambulance).
### VI. ORGANIZATIONAL AND ORDER RULES IN THE AREA**
The Organizer will designate areas within the Zone where access will be restricted or
only possible for artists and the Organizer’s services. You are not allowed to enter
such areas.
Catering points will be located in designated catering zones within the Zone.
The Organizer ensures the safety of persons present in the Zone by:
– Appointing Security and Information Services, distinguishable by their attire;
– Appointing a safety manager to oversee the Security and Information Services;
– Providing medical aid points and sanitary facilities;
– Changing the location, date, or duration of Summer Contrast or its cancellation if
necessary.
All persons in the Zone must follow the instructions of the Security and Information
Services. Refusal to comply with such instructions is only allowed if the instructions
are contrary to generally applicable law. In other cases, refusal to comply with such
instructions may result in removal from the Zone or denial of entry to the Zone.
The Security and Information Services are authorized to:
– Check and verify the rights of individuals to participate in Summer Contrast, and if
such rights are not found, to request them to leave the Zone;
– Check the identity of individuals;
– Inspect the contents of luggage and clothing of individuals suspected of carrying
prohibited items as specified in section IV, paragraph 4, letter d;
– Issue order instructions to individuals disturbing public order or behaving contrary
to the Rules, and if such instructions are not followed, request them to leave the
Zone;
– Apprehend individuals posing a direct threat to protected property or committing
prohibited acts for immediate handover to the police.
All persons in the Zone are required to behave in a manner that does not endanger
the safety of others in the Zone, and particularly to comply with the provisions of the
Rules. It is prohibited to:
– Destroy greenery; – Litter the Zone;
– Destroy signs and information boards, advertising media, devices, and equipment
in the Zone;
– Use sanitary facilities improperly;
– Display unauthorized banners and similar materials without the Organizer’s
consent;
– Bring animals other than dogs or cats into the Zone. Dogs or cats brought into the
Zone must always be on a leash, have a tag with the owner’s phone number and
address, and be under the owner’s constant supervision. If your pet poses a threat,
you may be asked to remove it from the Zone. Bringing your pet into the Zone, you
are fully responsible for any damage caused by or to your pet. Remember, the Zone
will be noisy, so consider if your pet will be comfortable;
– Bring, possess, or use drones or professional audio-video equipment in the Zone;
– Light fires;
– Block exits and evacuation routes;
– Bring, possess, or use skateboards, longboards, any single-track vehicles, or
similar equipment;
– Bring or possess backpacks, suitcases, or bags with a capacity of over 30 liters
(except in the Zone – camping area);
– Bring food and drinks into the Zone (except in the Zone – camping area).
All persons in the Zone are required to have an Identifier. The Security and
Information Services are obliged to remove from the Zone individuals disturbing
public order or behaving contrary to the Rules.
Members of the Security and Information Services, depending on potential risks and
needs, may be equipped with, among other things: handheld metal detectors, means
of direct coercion, samples of Tickets and Identifiers, and other necessary and
legally permitted personal protective equipment.
If prohibited items are found in the inspected luggage or clothing, the Security and
Information Services member will refuse entry to the Zone for the individual or
remove them from the Zone. If weapons or other dangerous items, explosives, or
pyrotechnic materials are found in the inspected luggage or clothing, the Security
and Information Services member will apprehend the individual, document the
incident, request them to leave the Zone, or hand them over to the police along with
the confiscated items.
Individuals who are denied entry to the Zone or removed from the Zone in
accordance with the Rules are not entitled to a refund of the Ticket or any other
claims. The Organizer does not operate a deposit point.
**RECORDING OF SUMMER CONTRAST**
The event organizer (public event) may record the course of Summer Contrast,
especially the behavior of individuals, using audio and video recording devices. The
Organizer may use the recorded materials for advertising purposes. By participating
in Summer Contrast, you consent to the use, including dissemination, of your image
captured during Summer Contrast.
In the case mentioned above, the administrator of personal data is the Summer
Contrast Association based in Niemierzyno 7, 78-300 Świdwin, entered into the
register of entrepreneurs and the register of associations, other social and
professional organizations, foundations, and independent public health care
institutions of the National Court Register, under number 0000561758. Personal data
is processed based on Article 6(1)(a), (e), and (f) of the GDPR, i.e., based on your
voluntary consent and for ensuring the security of Summer Contrast. The personal
data processed is the image of the event participant. The Organizer may process
personal data as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was
collected unless there is a technical, legal, or other important reason justifying the
deletion, destruction, or anonymization of this data.
The person whose data is concerned has the right to request access to their
personal data from the administrator, rectification, deletion, or restriction of
processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability, as well
as the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of
the Personal Data Protection Office.
**VIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SUMMER CONTRAST PARTICIPANTS**
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the course of Summer Contrast
for justified reasons, as well as the right to change the program artistically and in
terms of time without prior notice and without any compensation.
Each person in the Zone may be exposed to constant loud noises, which may cause
hearing damage. Pregnant women are particularly at risk. You participate in Summer
Contrast at your own risk.
Strobe effects and pyrotechnic materials may be used during the event.
The Organizer also records the course of Summer Contrast for documentation and
promotional/advertising purposes, as well as for other initiatives of the Organizer and
sponsors of Summer Contrast. The image of individuals in the Zone may be
recorded and subsequently disseminated for documentation, reporting, advertising,
and promotional purposes. By entering the Zone, you consent to the recording and
dissemination of your image.
**IX. COMPLAINTS**
Any complaints may be submitted in writing no later than 14 days after the
conclusion of Summer Contrast to the following correspondence address of the
Organizer: Niemierzyno 7, 78-300 Niemierzyno. The complaint should include your
details, such as your first name, last name, and correspondence address, so that we
can send you our position regarding the complaint. We have 14 days from the date
of delivery of the complaint to consider it. By submitting a complaint, you consent to
the processing of the personal data you provide for the purpose of handling the
complaint. The administrator of your personal data is the Summer Contrast
Association based in Niemierzyno 7, 78-300 Świdwin, entered into the register of
entrepreneurs and the register of associations, other social and professional
organizations, foundations, and independent public health care institutions of the
National Court Register, under number 0000561758. Providing personal data is
voluntary but necessary to receive a response to the complaint. The legal basis for
the processing of personal data is their necessity to achieve the purposes arising
from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, which involve handling
complaints. The administrator may process the personal data of Participants as long
as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected unless
there is a technical, legal, or other important reason justifying the deletion,
destruction, or anonymization of this data. You have the right to request access to
your personal data from the administrator, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of
processing, and the right to object.
**VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS**
All rights to the name and logo of Summer Contrast are reserved for the Organizer.
You will be able to purchase official Summer Contrast programs and gadgets only on
the Site or at points of sale authorized by the Organizer. The sponsor status is
granted exclusively by the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for the
consequences of Force Majeure. Force Majeure is understood as any events beyond
the control of the Organizer that make it impossible or may be considered impossible
or unfeasible to fulfill obligations due to the prevailing circumstances. Force Majeure
includes, in particular: weather conditions, failures, or disruptions in the operation of
devices supplying electricity, heat, light, acts of war, or actions of state or local
authorities in formulating policies, laws, and regulations affecting the fulfillment of
obligations. These Rules are available on the website and at the entrance to the Site.
Security and Information Services may issue their own safety and fire protection
instructions in accordance with applicable law. In matters not regulated by the Rules,
the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply. The Rules come into force on
01.05.2024. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules at any time;
however, you can always check our website to familiarize yourself with its current
wording.
